1. Services Provided

Buffalo Deck Builders offers deck, fence, and porch construction and repair services, including custom deck building, deck repair and restoration, composite decking installation, deck staining and sealing, railings and balusters, pergolas and covered decks, deck inspections, deck removal and rebuild, custom fence installation, fence repair and restoration, wood, vinyl, chain link, and aluminum fencing, gate installation and repair, fence staining and sealing, porch building and construction, porch repair and restoration, screened-in porches, covered porches and roofs, three-season rooms, porch railings and balusters, porch flooring and decking, and porch staining and sealing.

2. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer
• Pricing may change if the scope of work differs or additional labor/equipment is required
• Estimates may include taxes, disposal fees, or material costs depending on the service

3. Appointments & Scheduling

• Appointment times are approximate and may vary due to weather or job delays
• Customers must provide safe and unobstructed access to the service area
• Missed appointments or inaccessible yards may result in a service charge

4. Payments & Billing

• A 50% down payment is required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion
• Payment structures may vary only if agreed upon in writing
• Accepted payment methods include Cash, Venmo, Check, Zelle, Credit/Debit Cards, ACH, Digital Invoicing, Amazon Pay, CashApp, or other methods specified in writing
• A late fee applies if the remaining balance is not paid within 3 days of completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing
• A flat $100 fee applies for any returned or bounced checks

5. Cancellations

• Customers must notify us at least 24 hours before canceling or rescheduling
• Same-day cancellations may result in a service fee

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate service information
• Keep pets secured during service
• Remove obstacles from the work area
• Allow safe access for crew and equipment

7. Service Limitations

Service may be postponed or modified due to:

• Severe weather conditions
• Unsafe property environments
• Equipment failure
• Municipal or regulatory restrictions

We reserve the right to decline service if safety is compromised.

8. Website Usage Terms

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Attempt to breach site security or access restricted areas

9. Liability Disclaimer

Buffalo Deck Builders is not liable for:

• Pre-existing deck or property damage

• Customer-provided equipment failure
• Weather-related property impact

Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
