Porch Repair & Restoration in Buffalo, NY
A soft porch floor or a wobbly post rarely means the whole structure needs to be torn off. Our porch repair crews check posts, floor framing, steps, and the roof tie-in, then rebuild what’s actually failed while keeping the parts that are still sound. You get honest repair versus rebuild numbers before anything gets touched.
What’s included
Every job starts with a design or assessment visit and ends with a clean, cleared-up yard. In between: permits pulled where needed, inspections passed, and work we photograph for your records.

Porch Repair & Restoration FAQs
Do I need a permit for a porch?
Yes, in nearly every case. A porch is a structural addition, not cosmetic work. We handle the permit filing and inspection scheduling as part of the job.
What warranty comes with the work?
10 years on workmanship for new builds, 2 years on repairs, plus manufacturer warranties on boards, up to 50 years on some composites. Both in writing with the quote.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Plans from 0% APR for 12 months on approved credit, arranged during the quote visit. Longer terms available for bigger builds.
Is a porch roof built for our snow load?
It has to be. We size rafters and posts for lake-effect accumulation, not the lighter loads a fair-weather kit is rated for, and we flash the roof-to-house tie-in the same way we flash a deck ledger.
