Full-time · $25–34/hr
3+ years framing or finish experience across decks, fencing, or porch construction. You read plans, own your cuts, and can run a job when the lead is off-site.
ApplyCarpenter’s Helper
Full-time · $18–22/hr
No experience needed, just bring work ethic and a clean license. Paid path to carpenter in 18–24 months.
ApplyEstimator / Sales
Full-time · Base + commission
Run design visits and write plainspoken quotes. Construction background required; we’ll teach the software.
