Our story
Buffalo Deck Builders started in a Kenmore garage with one truck, a chop saw, and a simple observation: most outdoor structures in Western New York are built to a national standard, then asked to survive a Buffalo winter. Ours aren’t. We size every frame for lake-effect snow loads, set every footing and fence post below the 48-inch frost line, and flash every ledger and roof tie-in like the ice is coming, because it is.
Fifteen years and more than 1,200 decks, fences, and porches later, the rule hasn’t changed: say what it costs, how long it takes, and what it’s built from. Then build it so the crew would put their own kids on it.
